Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out via our contact page.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement. Claims for lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the ship date. Reach out to us here to report a lost package.
