Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LIL MUTANTS gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
• Stickers and decals must be unapplied and in original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
